A little about me

I started out letting student accommodation on Newland Avenue in the early 1990s, then shifted into family lets as the university downsized. From there I built up a mix of managed and owned properties across Hull, with several landlords staying with me since the early 2000s.

My approach is friendly, professional, and firm but fair for both landlords and tenants. I like knowing every property and every person involved rather than treating anyone like a number.
